This is a simple sweet pepper appetizer that you can enjoy immediately or even make into jars. Roasted peppers are piquant and just the right amount of heat for winter.   • table vinegar – 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • vegetable oil - by eye, for frying
  • granulated sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • table salt – 1 tsp.

How to cook fried bell peppers with garlic for the winter

Wash the bell peppers and carefully remove the cores. You can leave the peppers whole instead of cutting them.

Peel the garlic, wash it, and crush it with a knife or a garlic press. Place the crushed garlic, a teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of sugar, and a dash of vinegar in a sterile container. You can also add finely chopped hot pepper flakes, if desired.

Now you need to fry the bell peppers in vegetable oil. Do this in a hot frying pan until the vegetables acquire a beautiful, golden-brown crust.

Fill the jar with the prepared peppers. Fill as tightly as possible, but not all the way to the top, just to the bend of the jar. Fill the rest of the jar with boiling water.
