Some people avoid houseplants because their apartments are small. However, indoor plants are not only beautiful but also beneficial, as they enrich the air with essential oxygen. So what should you do? Choose small plants, such as succulents and cacti. They don't require much care, but they do their job perfectly – they decorate the room and enrich the air with oxygen. You can plant cacti in regular pots, but that's rather boring. A succulent arrangement, however, is a different story! Today, we'll create a succulent arrangement in a broken indoor waterfall.
We will need:
• planting form (we remind you that we took a broken home mini-waterfall, from which we had previously removed the motor and disconnected all the wires);
• plants (we have cactus shoots and a baby gasteria);
• soil mixture;
• drainage (expanded clay, pieces of brick, crushed stone);
• water.
How to create a beautiful succulent arrangement yourself
1. Prepare everything that will be needed during the process.

2. Place stones into the recesses of the home waterfall to act as drainage. If you don't have a similar structure, use your imagination; you're sure to find a suitable shape for the composition.

3. Add the potting mix. Loose, well-drained, and aerated soil is ideal for the plants you've chosen. This is available at flower shops, but you can make your own by mixing equal parts leaf mold, turf, and sand.

4. We make holes in the ground and plant our plants.

5. Water carefully, remembering that cacti have very weak roots, and some don't even have any yet. Decorate with stones and, if desired, various figurines.

6. The succulent arrangement is ready to decorate your desktop!
