- cucumbers – 200 g;
- salt – 1 tsp;

- fresh dill – 3-4 sprigs.
The process of preparing lightly salted cucumbers and tomatoes in a bag
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Choose tasty vegetables—preferably small cucumbers, and medium-sized tomatoes that are slightly sweet but firm. Wash the vegetables.
Trim the ends of the cucumbers on both sides, cut the tomatoes in half and remove the stem.
Prepare a clean plastic bag; it's best if it has a resealable closure. Place the tomatoes and cucumbers in the bag.
Add all the spices: paprika, salt, sugar, ground black pepper, and garlic. If you like spicy food, you can add a little chili pepper.
Add clean pickling herbs to the bag with the vegetables—a small piece of horseradish leaf, cherry, and currant, and a rosette of dill is also an option. Finely chop the dill sprigs and place them in the bag.
Mix all ingredients in a bag, seal it tightly, and place it on a shelf in the refrigerator. After half an hour, you can taste it.
Bon appétit!
