How to cook Korean-style tomatoes
We'll layer the Korean-style tomatoes in layers: the tomatoes themselves, then the spicy dressing and chopped herbs. We'll repeat this process until the jar is completely filled. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into medium-sized wedges. Immediately form the first layer of sliced tomatoes in a sterile jar.
Now prepare the dressing: puree the carrots, bell peppers, and garlic in a blender; add the brine (table salt, sugar, ground pepper, vegetable oil, and vinegar) to the vegetable puree.
We pour this dressing over the tomatoes, forming a second layer in our jar.
Chop your favorite herbs and add the third layer. Fill the jars to the top.
Then we send it to sterilize in a saucepan with a covered bottom (a quarter of an hour after boiling).
Next, we roll up the jars with steamed lids.
Bon appetit.
