Greens in oil for the winter

It's worth thinking about stocking up on greens during the season, when they have a particularly bright taste and aroma.
An interesting way to prepare it for the winter is in oil.
This recipe, complete with step-by-step photos, will show you how to make this preparation. It can be used in entrees, salads, and appetizers. You can prepare a single herb this way, or combine several.
The preparation requires a minimum of ingredients and all of them are readily available; the process of its preparation is also quite simple.
It is better to store such greens in small jars, for example from baby food.
Ingredients:
- greens (any) - 50 g,
- olive oil - 6 tbsp.,
- vinegar (apple) - 3 tsp,
- salt - 1 tsp,
- ground black pepper – to taste.
How to prepare herbs in oil
Take any fresh greens, wash them under cold water, dry them, remove the hard stems, leaving only the leaves.
Chop a little with a knife.
Next, mix the prepared herbs with salt, ground pepper, vinegar and olive oil.
Grind the ingredients using a blender until smooth.
Place the chopped herbs in clean jars (preferably small ones). Pour olive oil over them until they are completely covered.
We seal the jars tightly with the prepared lids and store the mixture in the refrigerator. Herbs in oil have a long shelf life and are quite inexpensive.
Bon appétit and a delicious winter to all!
