Ingredients:
- corn – 2-3 pcs.;
- butter – 80 g;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- salt, pepper – to taste;
- spices, herbs – optional.
How to Roast Corn with Butter and Garlic
Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Next, prepare the corn: remove the husks and fibers from the cobs, rinse, and break any large cobs in half.
Prepare an ovenproof dish by lining it with foil. Transfer the corn to the dish.
Grease the corn with butter. Don't skimp, there should be enough oil.
Sprinkle the corn cobs with a little spice and add sliced garlic to the corn.
Wrap the corn in foil, place in the oven, and bake for 35-40 minutes. After this time, check for doneness and serve.
