How to deliciously stew cabbage with minced meat

This recipe can be prepared in a slow cooker, a cauldron, or a deep frying pan. Today, we're showing you how to make a delicious stewed cabbage with ground pork in a frying pan.
Ingredients:
- minced pork – 400 g;
- white cabbage – 500 g;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- carrots – 1 pc.;
- tomato paste – 4 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- salt – 0.5 tsp;
- sugar - a pinch;
- spices – to taste.
How to cook stewed cabbage with minced meat
Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
Take a medium-sized onion, peel it and chop finely.
Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water and grate them on a medium grater.
Place the minced meat in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry it for 5-6 minutes.
Add onions and carrots to the minced meat, mix well and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Place the cabbage, add a little water and simmer under a closed lid for 10-15 minutes until the cabbage becomes soft.
Next, add tomato paste, a little salt, sugar, pour in water, mix everything well and simmer under a closed lid over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
Delicious stewed cabbage with minced meat is ready.
