Very tasty cabbage stewed with minced meat

Ingredients:
- cabbage – 300 g;
- minced pork – 200 g;
- carrots – 1 pc.;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- garlic – to taste;
- salt, pepper – to taste;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
How to cook stewed cabbage with minced meat
Prepare all ingredients as listed. Select a large onion, peel, rinse, and dry. Dice the onion into small cubes.
Peel, rinse, and dry the carrots. Grate them on a medium or coarse grater; you can also cut them into strips or cubes.
Select firm cabbage and remove the outer leaves. Cut the cabbage head in half and shred into strips, using a grater if desired.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add carrots and onions, fry for a couple of minutes, then add cabbage, fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Now add the ground meat to the pan. It's best to prepare it yourself, by the way. You can add salt, pepper, and other spices to your liking.
Mix all ingredients, fry the cabbage and minced meat for 5-8 minutes, add water, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes. Serve the finished dish.
