How to cook oven-baked cabbage
Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the cabbage, remove the outer leaves, and cut it into 8 pieces, leaving a small portion of the stalk on each piece.
For the marinade, mix olive oil, garlic and spices.
Take a heat-resistant dish or baking sheet, grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil and lay out the cabbage.
Coat the cabbage with marinade and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
