Ingredients:
- potatoes – 1 kg;
- minced meat – 500 g;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- chicken egg – 1 pc.;
- wheat flour – 3 tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- salt, pepper – to taste.
How to make potato zrazy with minced meat
Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water, peel, cut into pieces, and place over the stove. Cook the potatoes until fully cooked.
Wash the vegetables under clean water. Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel and grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Place the minced meat in a well-heated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add vegetables to the minced meat, mix well and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Place the minced meat in a deep plate and let it cool completely.
Drain the water from the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
Add the egg yolk, put the white aside, we won’t need it.
Mash the potatoes with the yolk until puree-like.
Add flour and knead the dough.
Take a small amount of puree and spread it on your palms, placing the filling in the center.

Roll the zrazy in flour or breadcrumbs and place in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
Fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side.
