Microwave Potatoes in a Bag – Quick and Tasty

This is a great recipe – you'll have a hearty and delicious side dish on the table in just minutes. This method for preparing these delicious potatoes is arguably the fastest – much faster than in the oven or on the stovetop. The potatoes turn out tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
- 400 g potatoes;
- 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 0.5 teaspoon salt;
- 0.5 teaspoon potato seasoning or other spices.
How to microwave potatoes in a bag
Wash, peel, and rinse the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 2-4 wedges, depending on your taste and the size of the potatoes. Dry the potatoes with a paper towel.
Add seasonings and spices to taste to the potatoes. Pour in the vegetable oil. Stir until the potatoes are evenly coated with the oil, spices, and seasonings.
Place the potatoes in a plastic bag – the kind you use to store food.
We tie the bag in a knot, but not too tightly, so that we can untie it later.
