- chicken drumsticks – 4-5 pcs;
- carrots - 1 pc, not large;
- onion – 1 pc;
- canned corn - 1/3 can;
- steamed rice - 170 ml;
- salt, chicken seasoning – to taste;
- soy sauce – 1 tsp;
- garlic – 1-2 cloves;
- vegetable oil – 2-3 tsp.
How to make lazy rice stew with chicken
You can use not only chicken drumsticks but also thighs and wings to prepare this dish. Wash the chicken drumsticks.
Add salt, garlic passed through a press, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and chicken seasoning.
Mix thoroughly and set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
Peel the onion and carrots and wash thoroughly. Slice the onion into thin half rings and grate the carrots coarsely. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and add the vegetables. Fry the onion and carrots over low heat, covered, until soft, about 8-10 minutes.
