  • white cabbage – 300 g;
  • chicken eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • kefir – 150 ml;
  • wheat flour – 180 g;
  • greens – to taste;
  • baking powder – 0.5 tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp;
  • sesame – 0.5 tsp;
  • salt, pepper – to taste.

 

How to Bake a Minute Cabbage Pie

Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour and baking powder into a deep bowl.

Pour in the kefir and beat in the eggs.

Mix all ingredients well.

Finely chop the cabbage.

Wash fresh herbs thoroughly under running water, dry, chop finely, add to the cabbage and mix.

    What a lie... Where's the one-minute pie? Preparing the dough and vegetables takes 10-15 minutes. And then putting it in the oven for another 30-40 minutes!!! An hour total! Bon appétit, author.
