Ingredients:
- juicy apples – 6 pcs.;
- wheat flour – 1 cup;
- sugar – 1 tbsp.;
- semolina – 1 tbsp.;

- vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- butter – 100 g.

How to make a Three Glasses Pie
Take a large bowl and mix the dry ingredients. First, place the flour and sugar in the bowl and stir with a spoon.
Add semolina to this mixture and stir again.
Now it's time to add two additives: vanilla sugar and baking powder. Combine them and mix the dry pie dough again.
For this amount of ingredients, it's best to use a baking pan with a diameter no larger than 25 cm. Grease the bottom and inside sides of the pan with a piece of butter, then dust with flour.
