How to make the 90-60-90 salad
Cook and cool the chicken meat, then chop it up: tear it or cut it into thin strips. The fine fibers of the chicken meat make a wonderful addition to the dish and add more nutrition.
Boil and cool the cabbage. Chop it slightly and cut into random pieces. For those who don't know, broccoli is boiled in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, then rinsed with ice water to preserve its vibrant green color.
Cut the pickled cucumbers (cut off the ends first) into long strips.
Place the cabbage, chicken, and cucumbers in a bowl. Add low-fat sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the salad and serve immediately.
Bon appétit!
