How to make a Country Salad
Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Boil or bake the potatoes in advance. Cool the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into large pieces. Arrange the potatoes on a plate.
Next, arrange the sauerkraut on top of the potatoes. If the cabbage is too long, shred it.
Choose tasty pickles that are moderately spicy and crispy. Cut the cucumbers into slices, rounds, or cubes. Add them to the salad.
Boil the beets in advance until tender, then cool, peel, and dice. Arrange the beets on top of all the ingredients.
Next, add a layer of onions. Peel and rinse the onions, then cut into half rings.
Season the salad with salt and pepper, drizzle with aromatic vegetable oil, and serve.
