- smoked sausage – 150 g;
- potatoes – 2 pcs.;
- pickled mushrooms – 150 g;
- fresh dill – 15 g;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- salt, pepper – to taste.
How to make Two Little Pigs salad
Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the potatoes in advance, peel them, and grate them on a medium grater. Place the potatoes as the first layer, spread with mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the marinated champignons into pieces or slices and place on top of the potatoes.
Cut the smoked sausage into small cubes, place on top of the mushrooms, and coat with mayonnaise.
Peel and finely grate two chicken eggs, then add them as the next layer. Sprinkle the salad layer with salt and spread with a small amount of mayonnaise.
