A cabbage salad with meat that everyone will love

Ingredients:
- white cabbage – 250 grams;
- beef – 150 grams;
- sweet pepper – 1 piece;
- mustard seeds – 1.5 teaspoons;
- vegetable oil – 1.5 tablespoons;
- lemon – 0.5 pieces;
- onion – 1 piece;
- green onions – 10 grams;
- fresh cucumber – 1 piece;
- fenugreek – 0.5 teaspoon;
- coriander – 0.5 teaspoon;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- soy sauce – 1.5 tablespoons;
- salt, pepper.
How to make a salad that everyone will love
Cut the cabbage into 2 cm wide strips and place tightly in a bowl.
Dilute a half-liter jar of boiled water with a teaspoon of salt. Pour the brine over the cabbage. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Rinse and dry the beef. Trim the meat and cut into thin strips.
Finely chop the onion.
Peel and grate the garlic.
Remove seeds from sweet pepper and cut into strips.
Cut the lemon into thin quarters with the peel. Grate the cucumber and chop the green onions.
Place the meat in a single layer in a hot frying pan with oil. Fry briefly.
Add the onion and pepper. Fry for one minute, then pour in the soy sauce, garlic, and spices. Heat for 1 minute. Cool.
Remove the cabbage from the brine and cut into squares. Place in a mixing bowl.
Add the contents of the pan and the prepared ingredients. Stir. Let sit for 20 minutes.
Arrange the salad in a loose mound on a plate, garnish with lemon slices and herbs. Serve.
