Ingredients:
- smoked chicken breast – 300 g;
- hard cheese – 50 g;
- potatoes – 2 pcs.;
- tomato – 1 pc.;
- cucumber – 1 pc.;
- Korean carrots – 100 g;

How to make Anthill salad
Cut the smoked chicken meat into medium pieces.
Grate the cucumber into strips.
Cut the tomato into random pieces. You can use a couple of tomatoes if they are small.
We turn the hard cheese into large shavings using a grater.
Drain the Korean-style carrots in a colander. To prevent them from becoming too long, cut them into several pieces.
Mix all the ingredients of the snack in one bowl and stir together with mayonnaise.
Peel the potatoes and shred them using a Korean carrot shredder. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan or sauté pan. Fry the potatoes in small batches until crispy and golden. Don't forget to season with salt.
Form the salad into a mound and decorate with fried thinly sliced strips.
Bon appetit.
