Ingredients:
- canned red beans – 300 g;
- smoked sausage – 250 g;
- cheese – 60 g;
- parsley – 1 bunch;
- cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.;
- onions – 2 heads;
- apple cider vinegar – 10 ml;
- vegetable and butter, sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise.
How to make the Glutton salad
Let's start with the onion. Heat 2 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add a tablespoon of butter and finely chopped onion, sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Fry for 10 minutes, until the onion is translucent. Pour in the apple cider vinegar, add a pinch of sugar, cook for another 4 minutes, and let cool.
Cut smoked sausage (Krakow, St. George, caraway, etc.) into thin slices.
Add chopped sausage to the onion.
Next, add the grated cheese to the sausage and onion.
Tear the parsley leaves from the stems, chop the greens finely, and add to the bowl.
Place the red beans in a sieve and rinse with cold boiled water. Add the beans to the remaining ingredients.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 or 4 pieces and place them in the salad bowl after the beans.
Season the dish to your taste with mayonnaise, a tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Season with red or black pepper.
Mix the ingredients and leave for 15-20 minutes to allow them to soak in the juices.
Before serving, garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
Bon appétit, prepare simple food quickly and with pleasure.
