cod liver – 100 g;
potatoes – 1 pc.;
carrots – 1 pc.;
prunes – 5-6 pcs.;
green onions – 10 g;
eggs – 2 pcs.;
mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
salt, pepper – to taste.

How to make a salad called "Cod liver under a fur coat"

Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Boil and peel the potatoes, grate them into medium-sized pieces, and arrange them as the first layer of the salad. You can season each layer of the salad yourself with salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.

Transfer the cod liver to a plate and mash with a fork. Add the cod liver as the next layer in the salad.

Rinse the green onions, dry them, and chop them finely. Place the onions on top of the liver.

Grate the boiled carrots on a medium grater and place on top of the onion.

Rinse and dry the prunes. Then cut them into small pieces and place them on top of the carrots.

Peel the boiled chicken eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites and add to the salad.
