Rainbow Salad with French Fries

To prepare this appetizer recipe with photos, it's best to buy a juicy ham. When choosing potatoes, look for low-starch varieties. There are no special requirements for the dressing; mayonnaise or sour cream with mustard will do.
Ingredients:
- potatoes – 2 – 3 pieces;
- carrots – 1 piece;
- ham – 250 grams;
- green peas – 100 grams;
- beets – 100 grams;
- pickled cucumber – 1 piece;
- mayonnaise – 2 – 3 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
- salt, pepper.
How to make Rainbow salad with French fries
Peel the beets and grate them on a fine grater.
Grate the carrots using a Korean vegetable grater.
Cut the ham into cubes.
Wash and peel the potatoes. Grate the vegetables using a Korean vegetable grater.
Soak potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch for 20 minutes.
Rinse the chopped potatoes under running water and dry them on a paper towel.
Fry it in oil until golden brown.
Add salt, pepper, stir and cool.
Cut the cucumber into slices.
Place a small sauceboat of mayonnaise on the edge of a large flat plate. Place the ham slice in the center. Arrange the remaining ingredients in any order you like.
The salad is ready. You can garnish it with additional green leaves.
