Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 100 g;
- hard cheese – 80 g;
- red beans – 100 g;
- tomatoes – 150 g;
- sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
- mayonnaise – 1 tbsp;
- salt, pepper – to taste.
How to make a salad with crab sticks and beans
Prepare all ingredients as listed. Remove seeds and rinse the bell peppers, then cut into small cubes or random pieces.
Rinse and dry juicy tomatoes (cherry tomatoes are fine). Then cut the tomatoes into 3-4 wedges.
Place the peppers and tomatoes in a salad bowl and immediately add the canned red beans. Rinse the beans under running water before adding them, then add them to the salad.
Defrost the crab sticks beforehand. If using frozen, remove the protective film. Cut the sticks into small pieces and add to the salad.
Choose high-quality hard cheese, grate it on a medium grater and add the shavings to the salad.
Season the salad with salt and ground black pepper, then add the mayonnaise. Toss and serve immediately.
Bon appétit!
