Ingredients:
- champignons – 200 g;
- potatoes – 1 pc.;
- carrots – 1 pc.;
- chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
- hard cheese – 50 g;
- salt, pepper – to taste;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
How to make the "Women's Whim" salad
Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Boil the eggs, potatoes, and carrots in advance. Wash and dry the mushrooms, then cut them into small pieces. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil.
Peel the boiled potatoes and grate them coarsely. Prepare the salad bowl by layering the potato shavings on top.
Grease the potatoes with a little mayonnaise and add salt to taste.
Place fried mushrooms on top of the potatoes.
Peel and grate the boiled carrots on a medium grater. Place the carrot shavings on top of the mushroom layer. Spread the carrot layer with mayonnaise and season with salt.
Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and separate the yolks from the whites. Finely grate the yolks and place them on top of the carrots.
Grate the hard cheese into medium-sized pieces and sprinkle the yolks with the cheese.
Place the egg whites, grated on a medium grater, on top of the cheese. Let the salad soak for an hour and serve.
