low-growing, high-yielding tomatoesTo grow a decent tomato harvest, you need to make the right choice even before choosing seeds or seedlings. Let's look at which tomato varieties are the most productive for open ground, low-growing varieties that can be planted in your garden to ensure a larger harvest, and to avoid diseases, making gardening much easier.

Among these tomatoes, there are those that require pinching, or determinate, but they're not ideal for gardeners who often only visit their dachas on weekends, and don't have time to remove the side shoots. This is why they grow so much. We're more interested in superdeterminate varieties because they don't require pinching, which is very convenient and simplifies the gardener's work, reducing the time spent tending to tomato plants.
