Charlotte in a frying pan: easy and delicious

The ingredients are the same. However, when preparing the charlotte this way, it's important to keep one crucial point in mind. The heat should be kept at low, and the cooking time will correspondingly be longer. Otherwise, the bottom of the pastry will simply burn, and the charlotte won't rise. Ingredients:
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- sugar – 150 g;
- flour – 120 g;
- butter – 60 g;
- apple – 1 pc.;
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
How to make apple charlotte in a frying pan
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour through a sieve. Rinse the apple thoroughly with water. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator ahead of time to allow them to warm to room temperature.
Place eggs and sugar in a bowl.
Beat them until fluffy. The volume of the eggs and sugar should double.
Add sifted flour to the egg mixture and mix the dough very carefully using folding movements.
Add melted butter and mix again.
Line the bottom of a frying pan with parchment paper. Grease it with vegetable oil and arrange thinly sliced apples on it.
Pour the dough on top and smooth out its surface.
Place the pan on very low heat, cover with a lid and bake for about 40 minutes.
