Country kitchen

Delicious, beautiful cherry puff pastries are very easy to make at home using ready-made puff pastry filled with frozen cherries.

However, there are a few subtleties worth keeping in mind to ensure your baked goods turn out well. This step-by-step recipe with photos will explain them in detail.

Ingredients:

  • puff yeast dough – 450 g;
  • frozen cherries – 300 g;
  • sugar – 3-4 tablespoons;
  • starch – 2 teaspoons;

  • chicken egg yolk – 1 pc;
  • powdered sugar – 3-4 tablespoons.
