Bananas are considered a highly nutritious fruit, so adding them to our recipe creates a great snack that easily doubles as a full-fledged dessert. It's important to use only ripe fruit to achieve the richest flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g watermelon pulp;
  • 2 ripe bananas.

Tip! To ensure the smoothie is thick and cooling, place the berries in the freezer for a few hours before preparing. Since watermelon contains a lot of liquid, it will freeze quickly—that's what we want.

Preparation:

  1. First, peel the watermelon and remove all the seeds. Place the pieces in the freezer for several hours. If you don't have that much time, 40 minutes will do if you cut the melon into smaller pieces.
  2. Place the frozen berries and sliced ​​bananas in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the blended ingredients into a glass or goblet. If the watermelon isn't frozen enough, you can add crushed ice to the cocktail.

The finished drink can be garnished with a peppermint leaf.

Paradise Delight Smoothie with Melon

Watermelon and cantaloupe make the most refreshing combination for a smoothie. Orange juice will enhance the drink's flavor, adding a tangy, tart note to the watermelon smoothie. And plain yogurt turns this healthy treat into a complete, nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g frozen watermelon pulp;
  • 200 g melon pulp;
  • 120 yogurt;
  • half a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Preparation:

  1. Place the chopped watermelon and melon pulp in a blender and turn into a paste for a nutritious smoothie.
  2. Add orange juice to the vitamin mixture, then add yogurt. Stir or blend on low power.

The cocktail is ready!

Tip! If your dessert isn't sweet enough, add a spoonful of fragrant flower honey to the cocktail.

An incredibly delicious dish that will delight both children and adults. This dessert is perfect for an important event, like a birthday or New Year's. Guests will be delighted with this refreshing watermelon treat!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of ripe watermelon pulp;
  • 150 g vanilla ice cream (you can use your favorite ice cream);
  • a glass of milk (you can do without milk).

Note! The ingredients listed are enough for two servings. If you want to make more, increase the quantities.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the watermelon, remove any seeds, and cut into cubes. If you want a thicker drink, freeze the berries first.
  2. Using a blender, beat the main ingredient pieces, gradually adding the ice cream and milk to the bowl. Continue blending at low speed until the mixture is smooth.
