Melt-in-your-mouth apple pie

Ingredients:
- chicken eggs – 3 pcs.;
- apples – 2 pcs.;
- flour – 200 g;
- sugar – 150 g;
- kefir – 220 ml;
- baking powder – 1 tsp;
- water – 1 tbsp;
- butter – 50 g.
How to Bake an Apple Pie That Melts in Your Mouth
Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients for making apple pie. Take a deep plate or bowl, crack the eggs into it, add water, pour in the sugar, and beat with a whisk or fork until smooth.
Add kefir and beat again.
In a separate container, sift flour with baking powder and add to the egg mixture.
Mix everything well so that there are no lumps.
Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
Sprinkle the chopped apples with one teaspoon of sugar and stir.
Take a baking pan, grease it with butter and pour in half of the dough.
Place apples on top of the dough.
Pour the remaining dough and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
