A tender apple pie that melts in your mouth

This delicious pastry can be served either with tea or at the table for guests.
When serving, you can dust this apple pie with powdered sugar to make it look even more appetizing. Once you've made this pie, you can be sure your loved ones will be satisfied and full.
You can serve the pie with berry jam, condensed milk or any preserves.
Ingredients:
- kefir – 200 ml;
- flour – 180 g;
- sugar – 150 g;
- chicken eggs – 3 pcs.;
- apples – 2 pcs.;
- baking powder – 0.5 tsp;
- cinnamon – 0.5 tsp;
- butter – 50 g.
How to make apple pie
Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients. Beat the eggs in a deep bowl, add the sugar, and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Pour in kefir and mix well again.
In a separate bowl, combine the sifted flour and baking powder. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough.
The dough should be thick.
Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
Add a teaspoon of sugar and cinnamon to the apples and mix well.
Take a baking pan, grease it with butter and pour in half of the dough.
Place apples on top of the dough.
Pour the remaining half of the dough and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
The melt-in-your-mouth apple pie is ready.
